As promised we're carrying on with our update cycle and are pleased to announce the latest version of SoftCloud IBE, version 1.3.
Along with the usual minor bug fixes (as always, thank you to our customers for reporting them to us) we also have some great new features for you to use!
So What's New?
1. Auto Offer Creator
We've integrated a great new tool for you to try out, now you can create special offers in just a couple of clicks.
All you need to do is search for a flight, hotel or flight+hotel, choose the result you like and then click the "Create Offer" button.
Our system will fetch the all the required information and create a special offer with beatiful images, descriptions and pricing straight from our connected APIs.
You'll be able to edit the final result with custom changes before making the offer live.
As we use a third party service, additional charges may apply to use this feature, please get in touch with us to learn more.
2. Custom Page Builder
You asked and we delivered. You can now create your own custom pages (upto 2) with your own custom content. You can use these pages to add any new content you want and further customise your travel website. Create a page promoting your visa service, destination weddings, feature travel advice, custom links or simply share your favorite BBQ recipe! The choice is yours.
3. FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions Page
You can now add a FAQ to your travel website. This gives you a chance for your customers to get answers to common questions about your business. You can also use this to help answer questions about the COVID situation or anything else that you think will benefit your customers.
Some example questions are below, but this is your website, so you're free to add and answer any questions you like.
Do you offer a visa service?
Do you offer flexible booking options?
Can I pay in installments?
Is my money safe when booking with you?
5. Header Changes
We've now moved the "Contact Us" and "About Us" page links to the header. After receiving feedback and looking at website data we found this would work better for all our customers. It also means there's more space in the main menu bar for the extra page links you can now create.
6. Barclays EPDQ
We've now integrated the Barclays EPDQ, giving you more options when it comes to payment gateways. Barclays EPDQ is one of the biggest merchant providers in the UK and offers fast, safe and secure payments for your customers.
